Applicants should have proven experience in preparing detailed drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, while familiarity with design software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will be considered an asset. Prior experience working on active construction sites across multiple project types is highly valued. A Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, qualifying for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects, is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in collaborative environments aimed at delivering high-quality results for clients.

Duties:
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
