At Geo Constech, we proudly provide family-focused benefits to ensure employees can balance personal and professional responsibilities. Our parental leave policy offers six weeks of paid leave to moms, dads, and partners for the care of their newborn. The same support is extended to families who welcome children through adoption or foster care. Parents may choose to take their leave consecutively or design a schedule that works best for their family needs, with the option to combine it with other leave benefits.
